IMS Español Fills the Void for Spanish DR

Philadelphia, PA, January 2006

Infomercial Monitoring Service (IMS), the National Leader in Direct Response Television Monitoring, announces it's launch of IMS Español (IMSe). IMSe is the first research service to specialize in the monitoring and reporting of Spanish language DR commercials and infomercials. IMSe will publish a monthly report, available through subscription, which ranks and reviews all DRTV activity on national cable Spanish networks. The first monthly report will be published on Feb. 1st 2006.

Sam Catanese, President & CEO of IMS & IMSe, explained the impetus for creating the new entity, stating "In the past few years we have seen a steady increase in Spanish DRTV, and up until now there has been no archiving or database of this information for research."
